Duties
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer support by offering solutions tailored to client needs
- Assist with product or service information, guiding customers through their options
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and transaction details
- Engage in outbound calling when necessary to follow up or gather additional information
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to call center protocols including phone etiquette and communication standards
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications to document interactions and manage information
- Support client services by ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
- Contribute to team goals by sharing insights and participating in ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Prior experience in call center environments, customer support, or sales is advantageous but not required
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; typing speed is beneficial
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills necessary for daily tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients
- Analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with outbound calling, cash handling, or client services is desirable but not mandatory
