<Duties>
- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings with precision using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, practicing professional phone etiquette and providing excellent customer support.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in all communications.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Support front desk operations virtually by managing correspondence, scheduling, and client inquiries.
- Provide personal assistance by organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports, and managing email correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain office management functions such as organizing files, managing office supplies inventory, and supporting administrative projects with strong computer skills.
<Experience>
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role with office management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong clerical skills including data entry, proofreading, filing, and document organization.
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is highly desirable.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse clients or team members.
- Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles that require excellent communication skills.
