Duties

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, ensuring optimal time management for clients and solo practice attorney
  • Provide exceptional customer support through email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks with accuracy using software such as email, Google Workspace, or other office applications
  • Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial tasks, including invoice processing and expense tracking
  • Proofread documents, emails, and reports to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Support office management duties such as organizing files, managing supplies, and coordinating virtual meetings or events

Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting
  • Demonstrated experience in clerical work or office administration, including data entry and filing systems
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs
  • Knowledge of court system and confidentiality for legal support or basic management is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience as a personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous but not required
