Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Data Entry Specialist to support tax processing and documentation review. This role requires strong accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage large volumes of financial data in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Enter and verify tax-related data with high accuracy
- Review tax forms and supporting documents
- Identify and correct discrepancies
- Support tax preparers and CPAs with timely data processing
Qualifications
- 2+ year of data entry or tax support experience
- Strong typing speed and attention to detail
- Familiarity with U.S. tax forms preferred
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools
