With growing customer demand we are expanding our remote sales team We are increasing inbound support through phone chat and email to better serve customers researching flooring appliances and cabinetry while driving more qualified leads to our showroom We are looking for friendly driven Sales Representatives who reflect our values of trust service and expertise
Position Summary
As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to Rodenbaugh’s through phone chat or email Your role is to qualify and convert inbound leads understand customer needs educate them on products and set appointments or support their purchasing process
Key Responsibilities
–Respond promptly to inbound inquiries phone calls website chat and email from prospective customers
–Actively listen to customer needs ask relevant questions and provide helpful product guidance
–Provide accurate information about product features pricing warranties and installation
–Schedule showroom appointments or virtual consultations
–Enter and manage leads in the CRM and update customer records
–Meet or exceed monthly KPI targets including qualified leads conversions and follow ups
–Coordinate with in store sales and design teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs
–Follow up with leads who request time or more information
–Stay updated on Rodenbaugh’s product lines including flooring appliances and cabinetry
–Share customer feedback with management to help improve processes and messaging
Qualifications
–3 or more years of experience in inbound sales customer service or inside sales preferably in home improvement or retail
–Strong verbal and written communication skills
–Excellent listening probing and needs assessment skills
–Self motivated goal oriented and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
–Experience with CRM tools or willingness to learn
–Basic knowledge of home improvement products is helpful but not required
–High school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred
–Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed
Pay: $46,949.93 – $56,541.84 per year
