If this is you, come be part of our elite team as a Provider Relations Credentialing Specialist. Reporting to the Manager of Provider Relations, the Provider Relations Credentialing Specialist will play a key role in providing administrative support to the provider management team.

As a Provider Relations Data Entry Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of roster updates, maintaining current files, and supporting ongoing data integrity initiatives. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities in order of priority:

  • Input roster updates for assigned markets within 30 days of receiving them.
  • Maintain the accuracy, organization, and completeness of all current files.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on existing information to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking, prioritizing, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications
  • Ability to work independently.
  • High school graduate

Additional Notes

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
