FME TVET Initiative Pending Candidates Updates 2026

If you are among the FME TVET Initiative pending candidates that has been waiting for approval for quite a while now, either you applied as a 1 year VEI candidate or you applied for the 6 months STC. there is good news regarding every pending candidates.

After the meeting held with the FME TVET Initiative officials today Friday 9th January 2026, the TVET Initiative team made it clear that more candidates will be approved starting from Monday the 12th January 2026. The approval will roll out gradually in strategical method.

Candidates are advised to keep checking their TVET dashboards or email address to know if they are being approved and matched to a training center.

More training centers have been approved and more pending Trainee candidates will be approved and matched to the availability centers.

Additionally, candidates who were approved earlier and were not registered which they got a withdrawal email from the program will be replaced by pending candidates.

Monthly Stipends

For beneficiary who are yet to receive their monthly stipend, be calm, and keep checking your account balance, your payment will come through any time soon.
