Job Overview
*Executive Assistant to CEO*

*Location:* Full Remote

*Salary Range:* $60K-$65K/a year

*Hours:* 40 Hours; Occasional Sunday availability

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Filter and prioritize calls and emails, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming communications to the CEO.
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and adapting to last-minute changes as needed.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Track and manage various projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and providing status updates to the CEO.
  • Utilize AI tools and technology to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.

*Requirements*

  • Experience with social media posting; Circle/slack
  • Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Eager to learn. Thinking multiple steps ahead
  • Intelligent, resilient, and assertive, with the ability to handle a fast-paced, constantly changing workload.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.
  • Extreme attention to detail, diligent, and dependable.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
