Position Summary
Work Location: This position is remote. However, if the candidate resides within one hour of Mesa, AZ FlexTG office, a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office per week) will apply.
The annual pay range for this role is $67,9260 – $84,907
The Enterprise Data Collection (EDC) Supervisor is responsible for the ongoing implementation, operations, and support of our EDC customer implementations, troubleshooting issues, and ticket management across the Flex Technology Group companies. EDC includes the retrieval of meter readings by phone, email, or travel to customer sites. Bringing new accounts and customer contacts into the automated system and collaborating with other department leaders to ensure the best FlexTG customer experience. Supervises the work of Data Collection Specialists, coach, mentor, assign work and monitor ticket metrics and team progress.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Manages a team of EDC Specialists
- Responsible for the Monitoring and Management of FTG EDC ticket queues and new account onboarding
- Manage efforts to provide ticket metrics analysis, documentation, and implement process improvements with the EDC team.
- Provide technical direction and expertise to enable the delivery of stable, reliable, and highly valuable, solutions for troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
- Works with broader IT team to Implement changes and document process changes as needed.
- Contribute to and reinforce a positive culture of getting things done.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure the best FlexTG customer experience.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1+ years of managing and developing a team preferred
- 1-2 years IT Help Desk experience preferred
- 1-year customer service call center experience preferred
- Intense passion for detailed work and interacting with people
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and procedures to non-technical people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Excel spreadsheet experience including VLOOKUP
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to solve complex problems and make critical decisions regarding the management and direction of the EDC team
- Previous experience working with internal ticketing system preferred (i.e., ServiceNow)
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will supervise the Data Collection Specialists.
