Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Assistance Specialist to join Bodamer Brothers! The Customer Assistance Specialist delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service through building customer relationships, connecting customers with product, and creating memorable experiences. This role supports the team in driving sales and store key metric performance through leading customer checkout and service areas and promoting a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Process incoming orders for new installation, including provisioning service,
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions by efficiently entering data into our systems using Microsoft Office tools and specialized CRM software.
  • Receive and initiate calls from/to current customers who are reporting trouble issues. Open trouble tickets & resolve service issues.
  • Assist customers with sales transactions, including cash handling when necessary, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends, opportunities for service improvement, and potential sales leads.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and achieve collective goals in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, demonstrating strong computer skills and attention to detail during all customer interactions.

Experience & Qualification

  • Two or more years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency; experience with Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Comfortable with using web-based software to process
  • Knowledge of call center protocols such as phone etiquette, analysis of customer interactions, and cash handling procedures is desirable.

Pay: $22.83 – $27.50 per hour
