Overview
We’re hiring an entry-level Business Onboarding Specialist to help small and mid-sized businesses get started with modern payment and POS solutions. This role is designed for someone who wants to build professional experience, learn how business development works, and grow with training and support from day one.
You’ll speak with business owners who have already shown interest, guide them through a simple onboarding process, and help them feel confident moving forward. If you like conversations, learning as you go, and working toward clear goals, this role offers structure, momentum, and room to grow.
What You’ll Learn and Do
- Connect with business owners to understand their current setup and needs
- Introduce payment and POS tools that support daily operations
- Join scheduled conversations and follow up with interested businesses
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process from first conversation through setup
- Build confidence and trust through clear, friendly communication
- Keep organized notes and updates in the CRM system
- Work with your team to support onboarding and business growth goals
