We are looking for a driven Amazon Vendor Account ManagerAdministrator who understands the Amazon Vendor ecosystem inside out and can turn growth opportunities into real business results.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee routine daily operations within Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including processing, shipment coordination and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate product, pricing, and GTIN Goldlist data.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon Vendor requirements.
  • Analyze CoOP deductions, promotions, and operational discrepancies.
  • Support dispute resolution and communication with Amazon Vendor support teams
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team on forecasting and inventory planning
  • Ensure smooth returns handling and continuous process improvements
  • Develop & optimize processes for effective Amazon Vendor Account management.


What you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Vendor accounts, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Proven commercial results: revenue growth, successful negotiations and strong retailer relationships.
  • Solid understanding of these Amazon Vendor Processes :
    • PO processing / ASN Creation
    • Vendor Orders Shipment Management
    • PO Cancellation Request Processing & Management
    • CoOp Deductions Analysis & Management
    • Promo / Deal Analysis & Validation
    • Shortage Claims Disputes Management
    • Vendor Central Support Case Management
    • Gtin Goldlist Data input, processing and Management.
    • Operational Performance Management
    • Return processing.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with confidence working with data.
  • Advance practical skills & knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Proactive & disciplined personality who enjoys taking on challenges and getting it done.
  • Knowledge of two European languages
