Key Responsibilities
- Support daily dealership operations with accurate and timely administrative processing
- Prepare and maintain vehicle documentation, including sales files, payments, and registrations
- Coordinate with sales, accounting, and management to support deliveries and compliance
- Maintain accurate records in inventory logs and internal trackers
- Provide administrative support to leadership and serve as a key operational contact
- Handle general office coordination, compliances, and internal communications
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Bilingual in Mandarin is an asset
