Job Overview

This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with various clerical tasks. Prior office experience and strong computer skills are essential to excel in this position. Duties

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and postal services with professional phone etiquette
  • Organising and maintaining files, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Performing data entry tasks using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management
  • Handling general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Providing support to team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency
  • Responding promptly to enquiries and ensuring effective communication across departments

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Strong communication skills with good phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £16,739.87-£25,181.92 per year
