Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in handling inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, especially fluency in English and other languages to serve diverse client bases.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry accuracy.
