About Us
Thrive Financial Services is a fast-growing, education-first retirement planning firm that hosts over 100 in-person educational workshops each year. Our marketing department is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and central to our mission of delivering high-quality financial education to pre-retirees and retirees.

We are seeking a Virtual Digital Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Director with daily marketing operations, content creation, CRM management, and event support. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and experienced in digital marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

Content & Creative Support

  • Draft, edit, and schedule compliant social media posts
  • Assist with monthly newsletter content and formatting
  • Repurpose long-form content into shorter snippets for email, SMS, and social media
  • Maintain brand consistency and compliance standards across platforms

CRM & Automation Support

  • Update and maintain contact records, tags, and pipelines in our CRM
  • Assist with building basic automations, email/SMS campaigns, and sequences
  • Support list hygiene, deliverability monitoring, and segmented outreach
  • Experience with GoHighLevel is strongly preferred, but not required

Event & Registration Management

  • Monitor registrations for our financial workshops and webinars
  • Support confirmation workflows, reminders, and waitlist processes
  • Prepare event marketing materials (QR codes, landing pages, confirmation messages)

Marketing Operations & Administration

  • Order promotional items, printed materials, signage, and event collateral
  • Run basic cost comparisons and support budget tracking
  • Assist with performance reporting (KPIs, conversions, campaign results)
  • Support ad-hoc marketing projects, launches, and initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, virtual assistance, or CRM support
  • Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail (compliance-focused environment)
  • Proficient with Canva, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Availability during EST business hours
  • Experience in financial services is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a major plus

Schedule

  • Part-time (20–30 hours/week) or full-time
  • Fully remote
  • Flexible hours with some required availability during standard EST business hours

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
  • Opportunity for long-term, ongoing work

Pay: $24.41 – $29.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week

Work Location: Remote
