Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Infinity C Systems data entry/auditor to join our team! In this vital role, you must have working knowledge of infinity C-systems software you will be responsible for evaluating the integrity, security, and compliance of our Infinity C systems. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of Infinity C systems to verify compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and security standards.
- Identify vulnerabilities or irregularities within system configurations and operational processes, then recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement audit plans, schedules, and procedures that enhance system security and efficiency.
- Document audit findings thoroughly, prepare detailed reports, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Monitor ongoing system activities to detect suspicious behaviors or potential breaches proactively.
- Assist in developing corrective action plans to address identified issues promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements relevant to system auditing.
- Support the implementation of new controls or updates based on audit outcomes to strengthen overall system integrity.
Experience
- Proven experience in systems auditing, cybersecurity, or IT compliance roles with a strong understanding of system architecture and security protocols.
- Familiarity with Infinity C systems or similar enterprise-level platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex findings clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with risk assessment tools, audit software, or compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC standards is a plus.
