Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries.
- Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through solutions with clarity and patience.
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions by entering data efficiently into our systems using Microsoft Office tools and specialized software.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle cash transactions or payments accurately when required, ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide current and relevant support.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center environment or customer support role is highly preferred.
- Proven ability in outbound calling, client services, or sales is advantageous.
- Bilingual skills in English plus additional languages are highly desirable for serving our diverse clientele.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone manner.
- Demonstrated computer literacy including familiarity with various software platforms used for customer management.
- Experience with analysis skills to interpret customer data and improve service delivery.

Pay: $26.80 – $34.90 per hour
