Your Role
As a Registered Nurse at Enhance Healthcare, you’ll set the standard in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. You’ll work closely with residents, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals to ensure every individual receives the right care, at the right time, in the right way.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing person-centred nursing care that respects individuality, dignity, and human rights
- Assessing, planning, delivering, and reviewing care in line with the NMC Code and Health and Social Care Standards
- Promoting choice, independence, and wellbeing for each person in your care
- Accurately recording and maintaining care documentation and clinical observations
- Recognising changes in physical or mental health and taking appropriate action
- Leading and supporting care teams to provide consistent, high-quality care
- Building open, positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Upholding confidentiality, safeguarding, and infection prevention standards
- Contributing to supervision, mentoring, and the learning of others
- Maintaining your own professional development and revalidation

Many of our nurses progress into senior clinical or management roles, supported by ongoing mentorship and professional development programmes.
Who Can Apply
We welcome applications from:
- Registered General Nurses (RGN)
- Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN)
- Registered Learning Disabilities Nurses (RNLD)
To be eligible for sponsorship, applicants should have started the NMC registration process, hold a valid IELTS or OET English language certificate, and be ready to complete the CBT and OSCE as part of the registration pathway.
