Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Advisor to join our team. Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through outbound calling, inbound inquiries, and follow-up communications
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs, resolving issues promptly, and offering tailored solutions
  • Assist clients with data entry tasks, account updates, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
  • Utilize phone etiquette and professional communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying client needs and promoting relevant products or services
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in call center roles, customer support, or client services is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills to interpret client data effectively
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, outbound calling strategies, and call center operations is advantageous
  • Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Prior experience in cash handling or working in environments requiring attention to detail is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $85,000.00 – $124,000.00 per year
