Personal Lines Insurance Virtual Assistant (VA) Remote Job

We are looking for a Personal Lines Insurance VA with 2+ years of experience working for US firms. You will be working with the same client and will be placed with one client permanently. This is a long-term, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

Process personal lines applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.

Prepare and send insurance documents, ID cards, and certificates.

Manage client communications — respond to inquiries, follow up on renewals, and provide top-notch service.

Coordinate with carriers and agents to ensure policies are accurate and up-to-date.

Maintain organized records and assist with administrative reports.

Requirements:

2 + years of experience in personal lines insurance or insurance administration.

Strong understanding of home, auto, renters, and umbrella coverages.

Familiarity with AMS systems (like EZLynx, HawkSoft, or Applied Epic) is a plus.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.

Tech-savvy — proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. business hours.
