What They’ll Do:
Content Creation & Management (60% of role)
- Video Editing: Edit 6-10 short-form videos (reels/TikToks) weekly
- I’ll send you raw footage via Google Drive
- Use CapCut, InShot, or similar apps
- Add captions, transitions, trending sounds
- Color correct and polish final product
- Turnaround: 24-48 hours after receiving footage
- Photo Editing
- Color correction and retouching in Lightroom/Snapseed/VSCO
- Crop and format for different platforms
- Maintain consistent brand aesthetic
Social Media Management:
- Write captions using AI tools like ChatGPT (I’ll teach you my process)
- Schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube using Buffer or Later
- Post daily Instagram/TikTok stories (I’ll send you content)
- Respond to DMs and comments on my behalf
- Track engagement metrics and report what’s working
Content Planning:
- Create weekly content calendars
- Research trending sounds, hashtags, and content ideas
- Suggest content concepts based on what’s performing well
Business Support (40% of role)
- Client Work (92+ Health beverage brand):
- Send 20-25 professional outreach emails per week to retail buyers
- Follow up with interested prospects via email
- Update CRM/Google Sheets with all activity daily
- Schedule buyer meetings when they respond
- Research and find new prospect contacts (grocery stores, retailers, etc.)
- Compile weekly outreach report
Account Management:
- Schedule and post 8 photos monthly with captions
- Simple social media management
- Administrative Tasks:
- Organize Google Drive (files, folders, footage)
- Track invoices and payments in spreadsheet
- Research modeling agencies and submit applications
- Research job opportunities and compile listings
- Schedule my appointments via calendar
- General inbox management and organization
Typical Weekly Workflow:
- Monday: Receive raw content footage from weekend/Monday shoots
- Monday-Tuesday: Edit all videos and photos
- Wednesday: Write captions (AI-assisted), schedule 2-3 weeks of content
- Wednesday-Friday: Client outreach emails, CRM updates, admin tasks
- Daily: Post stories, respond to DMs/comments (15-30 mins)
- Flexible: 15-20 hours/week, work on your own schedulePerfect For You If:
- Film, marketing, communications, or business major
- You’re active on TikTok/Instagram and understand content trends
- You can edit videos in CapCut, InShot, Premiere, or similar apps
- You’re organized and can manage multiple tasks independently
- You have strong written communication skills (for outreach emails)
- You want REAL experience in influencer marketing and brand management
- You’re self-motivated and don’t need constant supervision

Requirements:

- Bonus: Experience with Canva, Buffer/Later, ChatGPT, or CRM systems
- Time zone: PST or within 2-3 hours (for real-time communication)

- Communication: Slack, Google Meet
- Organization: Google Drive, Google Sheets

Pay: $12-15/hour depending on experience
Hours: 15-20 hours/week (flexible, part-time)
