Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities focusing on B2B sales.
  • Conduct calls from cold leads to close new clients.
  • Present compelling product demos and technical sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management, preferably within technology or industrial sectors.
  • Must have access to a computer, headset, and quiet space to work.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer data.
  • Ability to conduct product demos.
  • Able to listen to direction and learn, we don’t need perfection just a willingness to learn!
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering value and building trust.
  • Ability to work independently and use critical thinking to figure out customers problems and offer solutions through our programs.
