Main duties of the job
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inbound & Outbound Phone calls
- Salesforce ticket management
- Inter-departmental communication
- Data entry across multiple systems
- Accuracy, attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Understanding and adhering to Quality System requirements
- Customer service enquiries
- Proactive project work to improve service offering
