Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Office Administrator Assistant role located in Vaughan, ON. The Office Administrator Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, operating office equipment, communicating with clients and internal teams, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting with office administration tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist with daily administrative tasks related to construction projects, ensuring projects run efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Maintain up-to-date records of construction contracts, permits, and related paperwork.
- Input and track project tickets for contracts, ensuring all contract details are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with senior management to relay important information and updates regarding project status, issues, or changes.
- Manage and maintain organized records of all construction-related documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and other critical files.
- Occasional travel to on-site projects.
- Background in health and safety is an asset.
Skills and Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
