Responsibilities Include
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat
- Provide general information regarding insurance processes
- Assist with applications, updates, and documentation
- Maintain accurate client records within the company systems
- Coordinate follow-ups and support internal workflows
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance or customer support is helpful
