Title: Recruiting Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time Remote
Pay: $15 an hour

Bulldog develops daring and creative digital marketing campaigns for the most engaged audiences on social media — truck drivers! That’s right, the people who make it possible for the shelves at your favorite store to stay stocked are also some of the biggest consumers of social media. Staying sane is hard out on the road, so a trucker’s phone and social media are their strongest line to their home life. Our job is to create content they will love and offer meaningful connections while they’re far from home.
Bulldog’s clients are trucking companies looking to get trucker’s butts in their seats and trucking adjacent companies such as truck insurance and truck leasing. We create podcasts, ads, social media posts/strategies, videos, you name it, for our clients all in the name of finding the best results.
We are 100% Remote. But that doesn’t keep us from collaborating. Most of our team are professional artists, and as artists we love working together.
Job description:
About the Job. We develop Ads for recruiting Truck Drivers, and our Posts and Ads get a lot of comments. We have had Ads get more than 4,000 comments. We are looking for someone to respond to comments, talk with Drivers, and help answer questions.
Drivers tend to be a sassy bunch and love to interact. As a Recruiting Assistant, your job is to:
- Learn about our clients, their recruiting strategies, and their brands
- Respond to comments
- Respond to reviews, and develop responses/strategies for negative reviews
- Interact with Drivers via live chat / online chat. Please be aware that some images and messages may contain explicit and/or sensitive media.
- Encourage Drivers to submit an application — not just talk about it!
- Be comfortable making phone calls.
A successful candidate will be a versatile, creative writer, sassy, strategic, driven, organized, and a team player. Organization will be critical because we serve a variety of companies.
Job Requirements and Qualifications.
- Ability to work weekdays. 6 am-2 pm CST / 7 am-3 pm EST
- Ability to work weekends. 10 am-5 pm CST / 11 am-6 pm EST
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Customer support experience
