Duties

  • Manage front desk operations virtually, including handling multi-line phone systems and customer inquiries
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, editing, and sharing
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat with professional phone etiquette
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support personal assistant duties when required, including travel arrangements or personal scheduling

Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry and document preparation
  • Experience with office management systems, including multi-line phone systems and calendar management tools
